Kim Crider is an Executive Leadership and IT consultant who focuses on helping organizations maximize the powerful combination of innovative technology solutions and high performance cultures to achieve their strategic business objectives. Kim has served directly in several senior executive level positions and has advised leaders across numerous industries and government agencies in the successful implementation of large-scale organizational, operational, and technology change.

Most recently, Kim served as chief consultant to both the CIO and CTO at Harvard University, responsible for numerous strategic IT initiatives, including the transition to enterprise services and a cloud-based infrastructure model for providing IT capabilities to advance Harvard’s teaching, learning and administration missions, as well the implementation of an IT Academy, a comprehensive $1.2M professional development program for over 1400 IT staff across the University.
